FREE Posture & Spinal Check
Event Information
About this Event
We believe that health is among our most valuable possessions and that we should all be able to function at our best, with optimum health.
Our Chiropractor and Sports Therapist will take the time to assess any postural issues and examine your spine to locate nerve interference and vertebral misalignment. This will enable them to identify if there are any underlying problems that may be contributing to your symptoms and if those issues will respond to care.
*FULL PPE AND SOCIAL DISTANCING COMPLIANT*
Here are FIVE key reasons that suggest you should get your spine and posture checked:
1) Migraines and headaches
2) Back pain that won't go away
3) Stiffness & general lack of flexibility
4) Disturbed sleep
5) Lack of energy or consistent fatigue
You'll find out:
How good and bad posture can impact you far more than just causing you pain. Which structures are causing any pain. How to safely and effectively manage any spinal symptoms.
What happens in a screening?
We use some special iPad software to take pictures that identify how your posture compares to what it ideally should be. This will allow us to pinpoint potential areas of stress throughout the spine and surrounding muscles that may be the cause of or lead to pain and discomfort.
Who is this event for?
This event is open for EVERYONE, but is especially useful to anybody who has spinal related issues and suffers from migraines or headaches, back pain, disturbed sleep, stiffness and a lack of flexibility or a consistent lack of energy.
When should I have my spine checked?
There really is no better time than now! It’s important to understand that although pain is normally a sign of deeper issues, a problem can often exist in the absence of pain. When your everyday aches and pains become more intense, it’s definitely time to see a specialist, but why wait until it gets to that point? Spinal health begins with you, and the first step is to establish if there is something that is holding you back from functioning at your best. Back pain and the symptoms of bad posture should not stop you from living your life or keep you from the activities that you love. By recognising the above problems, you are already taking a proactive step toward improving your health!
EVERYONE is welcome, so come along. You could even bring a family member or friend with you if you feel they might also benefit!
