About this event
Do you have a goal to realise? A dream to explore? An obstacle to overcome?
This 45-minute guided coaching session will take you through a powerful process; you will set your goal, explore your current situation, uncover the potential options for moving forward and walk away with a plan.
You will be in an online group but you will share only with yourself, not with others in the group.
The group leader will be Wellness and Personal Development Coach Emma Humphrey (Dip. Personal Performance Coaching).
You will need:
- Something you want to work on; it must be real, it must really matter to you that you begin to find a way forward in this area, it must be something you have some control over, it must be for you and not for someone else! Perhaps it sounds like: 'my topic is time management and I want to find some more time for me' or 'my topic is career and I want a promotion' or 'my topic is business and I want to get started' - It could be anything that you want to work on!

- A quiet space where you have room to think
