Free Pregnancy Yoga

About this event

Classes are recommended to attend if you are 13 weeks or more pregnant.

These FREE classes are a great way for you to keep healthy during pregnancy.

Research shows that there are a number of benefits, including:

o Improves sleep

o Reduces stress and anxiety

o Improves balance

o Creates time to connect with your baby

o Increases strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth

o Decreases lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath

o Meet other parents to be

Fathers and birthing partners are also welcome to the sessions

You do not have to book on to all sessions, just the one that you will be starting from. If you can make all 8 sessions that's great, but if you can't, you will be welcome on the date that suits you.
