Free Public Talk - Meditation & Positive Thinking

Thursday March 1st 7.00pm - 8.00pm

With Resident Teacher Kadam Chris Heyes

What are the benefits of Meditation & Positive Thinking and how you can apply it to daily life.

  • The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.

  • If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness.

  • If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness.

  • Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

  • By training in meditation, we create an inner space and clarity that enables us to control our mind regardless of the external circumstances.


This Public Free Talk will be followed by a three-week course starting Thursday March 8th to March 19th 7.00pm - 8.15pm more information can be found on our website, meditateinleicester.org
