Mindfulness & Concentration for Daily Life
Everyone is welcome to this free event which will introduce the practice of mindfulness meditation and how we can be more mindful, focused and free from distractions in our daily life.
Everybody is welcome. this day course is perfect for all levels of experience.
This will be followed by a special weekendsof mindfulness events with Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Tubchen. Shes is the Resident Teacher of Kadamp Meditation Centre in Norway and she is also the National Spiritual Director of the Nordic Region.
