The best part about Qigong is that almost anyone can do it – regardless of age or fitness level. If you are new to exercise then Qigong is a great way to get started – by gently mobilising and strengthening the body.
The focus on breathing, relaxation and mindful movement make it an effective way to calm the mind and reduce stress, so it can be a complement to more strenuous forms of exercise as well. Students are often surprised by how relaxed and energised they feel after a class.
