Welcome & warm up

Inductions, names & pronouns and a gentle warm up.

11:40 AM - 12:20 PM

Training

Get to know baseball and improve your skills in a safe and supporting setting, e.g. with throwing, catching, batting, pitching etc.

12:20 PM - 12:30 PM

Water & snack break

Chill out, socialise, hydrate and (if you’re feeling optimistic) top up your sun cream!

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

Play a game of baseball!

We’ll split up into teams and play a friendly game of baseball! Don’t worry if you’ve never played anything like baseball before, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Join us afterwards for a coffee, hot chocolate, refreshing juice or drink of choice afterwards in The Bell Jar, just a few minutes walk from the Queen's park recreation ground.
