Free Range Yoga x Bullfinch Brewery Pop-Up Yoga Classes
Due to popular demand, Free Range Yoga is proud to announce that Free Range Yoga x Bullfinch Brewery Pop-Up Yoga classes will be happening monthly at the Bullfinch Brewery Tap Room, Arch 887 Rosendale Road, London, SE24. Beginning Saturday September 24th from 10-11am.
Come and enjoy open level yoga classes led by Free Range Yoga founder and yoga teacher Victoria Perry. Start your weekend off with an hour of accessible vinyasa flow style yoga (mats are provided) in this neighborhood spot in a converted railway arch. Class will be an hour long and run from 10-11am, the Tap Room opens at 12pm for those who would like to stay (or return) and sample one of the delicious beers made by the Bullfinch Brewery.
Dates: September 24th, October 22nd, November 19th, December 17th 2016. 10-11am.
Bullfinch Brewery was set up in 2014 in Bermondsey and recently relocated to Herne Hill. The Tap Room, features 12 taps with the brewery's core beers and a range of more experimental or limited edition brews, all are brewed in the arch next door on historic equipment for a distinct old-meets-new style and taste.
Free Range Yoga was set up by yoga teacher Victoria Perry with a desire to bring accessible yoga out of the traditional studio setting and to more people in novel spaces around London.
Please come dressed for yoga class, the venue is intimate and though there are toilet facilities there are not large areas to change in. With this in mind, please also do not bring bulky bags etc with you because of space. If the weather is chilly on the day, please bring a sweater for savasana.
Class will be open level and accessible to a wide range of abilities, don't worry if you have not done yoga before, come and give it a try, the door is wide open!
Mats will be provided free of charge, though if you wish to bring your own mat to practise on please feel free to do so.
It is understood that participation in this class is done so at your own risk, yoga is a moving physical activity and radical responsibility for your own body is part of the practice.
