Client listening is one of the most important account management strategies for any organisation and forward-thinking firms know that listening effectively to their clients is crucial for improving client service, delivering value, retaining clients, anticipating future needs and ultimately ensuring profitability.

Darren is a former lawyer who has undertaken a wide variety of client listening programmes for professionals firms. He will tell us how to get a client listening programme off the ground (or improve existing client listening programmes) to include designing an appropriate programme, choosing the right clients, selecting the right methodology, interpreting client intelligence and crucially turning client feedback into income.
