The 2nd July will be a free launch session to celebrate the start of the summer break.
As part of our ongoing commitment to help develop young footballers we are delighted to announce details of a Free Football Icon Academy Taster session for all abilities in Watford.
Simon Clark joined Watford FC as Lead Coach of the Under-18 Academy team in 2019. Clark made more than 300 appearances as a defender from the early 1990s until the mid 2000s at clubs including Peterborough United, Leyton Orient and Colchester United.
Join Watford U-18 Academy Manager Simon Clark
-Improve confidence on the ball and overall ball control.
-Develop new technical skills and improve game understanding.
-Train 50 weeks of the year every Monday.

What To Bring?
We will be using a 4G pitch - so use appropriate footwear including astro boots and plenty of water.

Firstly we would like to say welcome to Football Icon Academy and thank you for taking time to visit our website. We have a huge passion to developing the next footballing generation and look forward to working with you along our continued journey.
Owner, Adam Cash has several years of experience playing and coaching the game and is taking huge action in developing boys and girls of all ages and abilities. Our programmes and coaching methods are designed to build players confidence and to improve individuals ball control.
We work with children aged 5-14 years old and have a number of different programmes to help develop boys and girls of all abilities. We currently have a number of development centres in the South East of the UK and work in schools day to day. Our coaching team are all DBS checked and are Level 2 or above FA Qualified.
