Why is there an age restriction?

Some of the content included from our speakers might be triggering. Younger people can attend if approved and accompanied by a parent. Issues raised will include: Suicide and depression, childhood trauma, chronic illness, drug addiction, homelessness, alcoholism, anorexia and domestic violence.

Do I need to bring anything?

You may wish to bring a notepad and pen for the workshop section of the event but handouts will be provided. Refreshments are also included. Just bringing yourself will be more than enough.

What is the Breathe For Awá Campaign?

Breathwork facilitators across the world are coming together in a synchronised global event called Breathe for Awá — a grassroots fundraiser to support the Indigenous Awá Tribe of Colombia. Kirsty will lead a mini breathwork session to close the event, in sport of this.

The Rocky Philosophy Saved My Life: The Impact of Storytelling and Why It Matters
A free 4-hour event exploring the power of storytelling, confidence, and voice. Kirsty will share her personal journey — going beyond the Rocky films and their impact — to explore why stories matter and how they can transform us. She'll then lead a practical workshop on owning and delivering your story with confidence.

Guest speakers include:

Alistair MacPhee – sharing his story and how, with hope and faith, anything is possible.
Christine Maccormack – Unmuzzled at 67 host, speaking on endurance and confidence, followed by a guided meditation.

The session concludes with a mini breathwork practice, guided by Kirsty, in support of the Breathe for Awa campaign. Includes Q+A and refreshments.
