Contact, The National Lottery Community Fund, Hemi Help and Disability Sports Yorkshire have come together to offer a morning accessible sports session on Thursday 30th May 2024 at 1:30pm until 4:30pm.


Each attendee will get the opportunity to try out different sports during the sessions from.

PLEASE BOOK ONE TICKET PER CHILD. This is aimed at those of school age from 4-19. The children and young people will have the chance to try 3 different sporting activities.

Disability Sport Yorkshire was established in 1993, with their main aim to address the inequality in access to sport for disabled people, to engage disabled people in physical activity and enable them to participate in sport at their chosen level whether that is in a local setting or participation in regional, national, and international competition.

Come and join us for a fun day of sport activities! Children will be given the opportunity to partake within a variety of different sports including: Archery, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Boccia and Table Tennis.

Better Together is our series of fun, inclusive and engaging days, popular with families who might not always have had the opportunity to access these types of activities.

A Better Together session could be focused on nature, art, music or sport but not restricted to these. Better Together activities are a great opportunity for parents to meet each other and our parent support workers and are for the whole family to join in.
