For summer 2025 CB1 Community is staging once again a frash season of free Sunday lunchtime concerts between 12.30 to 2.00 pm on the lawn behind the Clayton Hotel, Station Road, Cambridge. The entrance is on the station side of the hotel (see map below). The season runs from 25th May to 15th September.

This will be the first of our series for this summer season, a chance to catch up with us if you haven't visited before. Bring your family, friends, a chair or rug and a picnic.

Children are welcome. Relax in the summer sun and enjoy the music. Deckchairs are available on site, but arrive early if you want one - they go fast!

Francis Botcherby Sunday 17th August

Francis Botcherby, songwriter and frontman from Parliament of Wolves, writes music that explores the dynamics of life. Soft and slow, and loud and fast, with intricate guitar playing and powerful vocals.

With 3 EPs and an album under his belt, Francis was featured as a spotlight artist on BBC Introducing Cambridgeshire.
