Discover the calming benefits of Tai Chi, a gentle form of exercise that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. Perfect for all fitness levels, Tai Chi is known to help improve flexibility, balance and mental focus, while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

We're excited to welcome experienced instructors this summer, where they'll be leading one of two new exercise groups as part of our Wellbeing Hub at the William and Patricia Venton Centre, kindly funded by Sky Connecting Together.

As well as Tai Chi, we'll also be running evening Exercise Classes every Thursday from July 3 until 7 August.

Looking to try something new, socialise and get more active? Come along to our brand new Tai Chi classes - a great way to move your body, calm your mind and connect with others in a welcoming environment.

Open to over 50s of all fitness levels and abilities.

We offer a range of services to help older people feel more included in the community. Our current aim is to try and tackle loneliness in the Plymouth area through numerous activities and one off events.
