Gareth is a qualified Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain. He has practiced Tai Chi for over ten years and Qigong for over twenty. He has spent over six years training in kung fu and has dedicated the past fifteen years to meditation.
