Free Event Mindfulness for a Happy Life

Saturday August 13th 11.15am -12.30pm

Half-day Course:
Living in the Moment

Saturday August 13th 2.00pm-4.45pm

Living in the present allows us to begin to access the deeper levels of our mind. Understanding Buddha’s teachings on impermanence helps us to let go of our daily problems and enables us to live in the moment even when experiencing difficulties.

Day Course:
Finding a Happy & Meaningful life

Sunday August 14th 10.30am-3.30pm

On this day course Gen Kelsang Pagpa will give teachings on the connection between our mind and how to find the happy, meaningful life we long for. This empowers us with a sense of purpose in life to actualise our true potential.
