Mindfulness & Food Course

"What you cultivate, you become" - "You are what you eat”

Come to our free Taster session (complimentary starter) on 07 October at 6.30pm to get a taste of the exciting (main) course! The main course starts on Monday,14th Oct. and ends on 2nd Dec. 2019

Food is an important part of our lives, and we talk about it almost as much as about the weather. There is “comfort food”, “health food”, and many different diets. But how often are we really mindful about our eating: when do we sit down to fully experience our food, its smell, taste, texture? The company and locations we eat in?

In this taster we will offer you an insight into an 8-week mindfulness and food course. Through mindfulness practices and teaching, we will tap into our inner understanding of what the body needs, learning to really listen to the signals our wise body gives us.
