Description

What mindfulness actually is and how it can work for you. Mindfulness can help you understand how your brain works so you can use it more efficiently and feel less exhausted. This enables you to make the most of the good bits in life, and deal with the hard bits more easily. It can help you to manage anxiety and depression, improve sleep and make everything less exhausting.

The session will include two short guided meditations designed to increase focus and decrease stress and anxiety.
