Free to be me...! a workshop for mums
Event Information
Description
As mums, we spend most of our lives juggling our own personal challenges with everything our children go through, from worrying they won’t walk early enough or use the potty to relationship traumas, homework and hormones.
But when do we get time to think about how we manage all this, what our priorities are and how we could better support and encouraging our children and our partners (if we have one!).
So, if you’re a mum and have children between 0 and 18 years, this half day workshop is for you!
I focus on how you can be free to be yourself, improve your resilience and support your children at whatever stage they are at, from toddler tantrums to teenage challenges. You will go away with practical suggestions on what you can do to achieve this in your day-to-day family life.
The topics I will cover include*:
-
Growing your belief in yourself and how you parent
-
Tackling the twin challenges of comparison & guilt
-
Motivating yourself to…
-
Building your resilience
*The content for this workshop is based on research I have done over the last 12 months and covers insights from leading Psychologists
