No. You are more than welcome to but we know you will have other plans over the summer so just come to the sessions you want to.

Absolutely not. This event is for everyone. The aim is just to have some fun and make some friends whilst keeping fit.

Not a problem. The more the merrier

Can parents stay and watch?

Absolutely. Lots of parents stay and socialise. Its an opportunity for everyone to make friends
