Is there a certain level of twerk required?

Nope! It’s you showing up as the powerful BICHOTA (strong women) that you are ❤️ and learning the basics of twerk in a supportive & loving environment !

Ideally some loose, stretchy shorts but whatever you feel most comfortable in, as what’s more important is how you feel queen.

I’m don’t feel confident and I feel a bit nervous

This is absolutely normal, ✨! When I attended my first ever twerk class I was very scared but I can assure you that having a warm and welcoming community of women, you will slowly start to rise to your inner self-confidence.

Is there filming involved whilst the class is taught?

There will be filming BUT if any participant doesn’t want to be filmed this will be fully respected. I will film only individuals who give consent ☺️.
