Poor communication can lead to conflict, mistakes, broken relationships, missed opportunities, conflicts and in the extreme even wars! In fact, research shows that 85% of our success in life is down to our ability to communicate effectively.
In this free, 3-hour workshop you will gain an insight into what for many, can be a minefield. You will leave with a better understanding of how our communication is shaped and the most common mistakes to avoid. This session has been designed for anyone who would like to have a better understanding of communication and feels they would like to improve their communication skills.
By understanding and enhancing your communication skills, you will:

Please note no parking is available on-site although there is a drop off facility.
The event will be hosted in central Sutton (on the one way system), the nearest carparks are Gibson Road or The St Nicholas Centre which are both a 5 minute walk away Entrance to the church can be gained on either St Nicolas Way or Hill Road and you will find us in the Teraace Tea Room.
Sutton has good connections and is close to Banstead, Epsom, Croydon, Heathrow, Kingston, Wimbledon and Worcester Park.For further details on bus times and services please contact Transport for London. What can/can't I bring to the event?
We only ask that you bring and open mind and are willing to learn. We ask that you do not bring food into the event, Tea and coffee will be provided. Please note alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we can tick off your name but please do not turn up if you have not booked a slot. Please note that numbers are limited, please cancel to give someone else a chance to attend this free event if you are unable to make it.
