Get Grants will be joined by Severn Trent Community Fund to explore their Community Grants with participants.

About this Event

There has never been a greater need for fundraisers to get-together and share knowledge and experience.

Due to the popularity of our first virtual event, we have developed a growing programme of virtual Meet the Funder events over the coming months.

This Meet the Funder event is with Sue Heyes, Community Fund Officer at Severn Trent Community Fund.

Through attending you will have the opportunity to take part in a session discussing about the Severn Trent Community Fund, a program that aims to support community wellbeing and protect and sustain water and natural resources focussing in three different areas: People, Places, and Environment.

Attending this event we aim to give you the opportunity to:

  • Hear about the current funding opportunities through Severn Trent Community Foundation
  • Identify the current priorities for the Foundation.
  • Gain an insight into the decision making processes led by the funder.
  • Receive advice direct from Severn Trent Community Foundation.

This Meet the Funder event is suitable for fundraisers working for non-profit organisations in the Severn Trent area, including:

  • Local Authorities or Parish Councils
  • Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO) / Foundations CIO
  • Companies Limited by Guarantee
  • Registered Charities
  • Volunteer / Community groups
  • Schools, Colleges or Academies
  • Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs)
