With effect from Monday, March 21st, we are removing the booking system for the Mayor's Guides tours.

We are reverting to our pre-Covid approach which is to take everyone who is at the start point for our tours on the walk. We ensure we have sufficient Guides on duty to keep groups sizes at a manageable level.

You simply need to be at the meeting point for our tours (which is marked by our sign in between the entrances to the Roman Baths and Pump Rooms in the Abbey Church Yard) 5-10 minutes before the start time for the tour.

This provides additional flexibility as you do not have to commit to the day/time for your tour, you can choose when you want to take the walk.

- Visitors should socially distance in line with current government advice.

- Visitors should bring a FACE COVERING with them and consider wearing it if social distancing becomes difficult. This does not apply to children under 11 and those with a legitimate exemption.

- Toilet facilities are unlikely to be available for the duration of the tour.

- Stay away if you show any symptoms associated with Covid-19.

- The Mayor’s Guides will not retain records but may use them to contact visitors in the unlikely event that a walk has to be cancelled.
