As an adult social care employer, it’s important to understand your responsibilities around safeguarding and the standards you need to follow. Everyone working in adult social care needs to understand how their role contributes to the safety of the people they support therefore they must have the right skills and knowledge to recognise and respond effectively to potential abuse or neglect.

Jenny has worked in Health and Social Care for over 30 years.

She is an experienced senior manager who thrives in leading the day-to-day operations of social care businesses. Jenny has managed a broad range of social care services across the private, voluntary, and independent sectors and has over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering training for a wide variety of services.
