About the speakers:
Graham Landi is a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Coach who runs a private practice in Kent, and freelances for the workplace mental health app, Spill. Prior to training as a therapist, Graham worked for 25 years in various leadership roles so understands first-hand how high-pressure jobs can impact a person’s mental health.
Jon Tait is an experienced school leader and teacher with 20 years of experience. Jon has significant experience in contributing to system leadership via his extensive professional network of education professionals around the world. He is also a champion of wellbeing in schools and leads by example when it comes to staff wellbeing.
During this webinar, Graham will be exploring ways teachers can recognise mental health and wellbeing issues and explore different ways to support their wellbeing. Whilst Jon will be providing teachers and school leaders with actionable initiatives they can implement in school to improve the wellbeing of staff.
