FREE WEEKLY LECTURE! - Understand Yourself and Others!

We all know life can be tough at times.

Each week the lecture will cover a different life topic to give you simple life skills that will help you deal with everyday life. For example, building successful relationships, knowing who to trust, where negative thoughts and self-doubt come from.

The lectures are every Wednesday at 7pm, are informal with free tea and coffee provided.
