About this event

In 2024, we launched our first girls-only club! In 2025 we are expanding!

It’s been made possible by our amazing partner Nike, who share our vision for the club.

After talking to girls in our community sports clubs, we realised that there was a demand for a girls’ only space.

Young girls can lack confidence when it comes to sport; they may feel self-conscious; worried about their body image or be unsure of their abilities.

For disabled girls these issues are magnified.

So we created a free inclusive movement club for disabled girls* to get active with confidence - and without judgement.

✅ A place where they can talk and be listened to.
✅ A place where they can make friends.
✅ A place where they can feel less isolated and more a part of their community.

It's a club built by girls for girls!

Please note that male parents or carers may be present at the session. Please let us know if you have any queries.
