Dwr Cymru Welsh Water are offering a FREE one hour awareness session to any organisation, charity or group who are interested in providing support and advice to their service users regarding their water bill

Welsh Water are concerned and very aware of the impact that the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic is having on our customers, particularly those who are vulnerable - either medically or financially. The awareness session will benefit anyone that supports people who have found themselves in a situation where they have accrued arrears on their account or are finding it difficult to pay their water bill. We also offer practical support through our priority service register.

The session covers :

• Priority Service Register and services

• Social Tariffs and Water Meters

• Water efficiency

• Debt Schemes
