Overview

Join Sarah Rodriguez for a calming Qi Gong session at Broadstairs Library

Join Sarah Rodriguez, for a free Qi Gong session at Broadstairs Library at 7pm on Monday 17 November

A gentle, breath-led movement session designed to focus on slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and restoring calm, but it introduces an element of mindful movement (Qi Gong) to help participants embody the sense of flow and balance we explore in the first session.

Please wear workout/comfy clothing and bring water.
