Strength & Sculpt– Mini Band Magic

Designed for women who’ve tried a taster and are ready for more! We’ll combine standing and floor-based exercises to strengthen, tone, and sculpt your whole body. Expect plenty of variety, great music, and that empowering feeling of moving with a group of fabulous women who are all in it together.

Please wear workout/comfy clothing, bring water and resistance band if you have one.

The Know Your Neighbourhood project is a national initiative aiming to widen participation in volunteering and tackle loneliness. As part of this project Thanet Libraries will be inviting experts to provide key information, help and advice about your menopause journey (from peri to post) and how to manage symptoms naturally using lifestyle solutions, diet, exercise, and stress management.

This workshop is free and suitable for adults of all ages. Places are limited and must be booked in advance, please email broadstairslibrary@kent.gov.uk for more information, or call 03000 41 31 31 to speak to a member of staff.
