Free Workshop: CEO/CFO Roles & Responsibilities

This workshop is aimed at academies and trusts.

CEOs/CFOs have many roles and responsibilities. In this free workshop, we'll discuss the roles and responsibilities, compliance with the ESFA handbook and the available support.

At the end of the workshop, you will get the chance to ask our Senior Account Manager, Vicky Butters, any questions you may have regarding CEO/CFO roles and responsibilities.

Vicky Butters, Senior Account Manager

Vicky has over 20 years of experience providing strategic, operational, and transactional financial management support to schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts. Vicky has extensive knowledge of school and academy finance and supports clients in many functions, including annual budget setting, medium-term plans, and forecasts.
