The DfE envisions more schools in strong, multi-academy trusts. In this session, we will walk through what MAT expansion and growth looks like - and the top tips and pitfalls to be aware of when considering expansion.

At the end of the workshop, you will get the chance to ask our Senior Account Manager, Vicky Butters, and our Technical Finance Manager, Neil Pope, any questions you may have regarding MAT expansion.

Vicky Butters, Senior Account Manager

Vicky has over 20 years of experience providing strategic, operational, and transactional financial management support to schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts. Vicky has extensive knowledge of school and academy finance and supports clients in many functions, including annual budget setting, medium-term plans, and forecasts.

Neil Pope, Technical Finance Manager

Experienced local government finance and revenues manager, and former training and delivery manager for PS Financials. Over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, treasury services, local taxation and software training and consultancy.
