FREE workshop with "The I Can Centre": Managing Stress, Worry and Low Mood
At times, everyone feels anxious, worried, down or stressed. Yet often people do not know what they can do to stay well, or improve how they feel. Also, if these mood states stay, negative consequences can follow - time and energy get wasted, relationships become impaired, and many ailments or problems can occur. Taking a user or client perspective, this workshop gives an overview of the vital role that Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) can play in helping people manage anxiety, stress, worry and/or low mood. All of us need these techniques so that we manage how we feel, rather than have our moods manage us.
