Do you know someone interested in trying yoga for the first time? Perhaps your friend or relative has expressed the desire to start yoga, but has made a comment such as “I can’t do yoga, I’m not flexible enough!” We know this response is often used when it comes to finding reasons not to start yoga, but it is sometimes the main reason why someone should start yoga. Look after your body, and it will look after you
To reach out to those people who are interested in trying yoga for the first time, we are running a Yoga Kula taster day on Saturday 29th October. The day will start at 2:30pm and will include a range of free yoga taster classes for new Kuli’s to try. We are also running mini massages throughout the day with one of our fantastic massage therapists Harriet.
We kindly ask that if our regular Kuli’s want to come along, they book one taster session each, to allow space for new yogis to come along and try out a class.
Taster sessions must be booked online in advance via Mind Body – please click the URL to secure your place. Book early to avoid disappointment. If you need any additional advice on setting up an account to nook please email Naomi@yogakulaleeds.co.uk.
If you want to come along to the studio on Saturday 29th October, but are unable to make a session or the taster session you want to do is booked up, please feel free to pop along anyway, have a look around, chat to the team, pick up a timetable, have some tea and cake and ask as many questions as you like. Everyone is always welcome at the Kula studios. #seeyouonthemat
