Menopause
In the beginning, we were communal, circles of women sharing wisdom and knowledge and providing each other support, but over time, we lost touch with each other and ourselves.
This women’s circle is a safe space of comfort as you navigate through your journey of menopause.
A space for us to step back in time when women gathered, shared stories and supported one another.
A space where you can freely speak about your everyday menopausal experiences. If you’re perimenopausal, menopausal, or postmenopausal, come and join this circle and be part of a supportive community. Together, we will create a better future, one circle at a time, through discussions and a place of belonging.
What to expect:
*A few moments of deep breathing
*Introductions
*Discussions of weekly topics and open circles
*Journaling time (Please bring a notebook and pen)
Open Circle Topics: Communication, Self-Care, What does Menopause mean to you?Balance* Time (how do you spend your time), Intuition, Ageing, Body Image, Menopause, Being, Self- Love, Menopause and Work, Openness, Healing, Flow.
Plus topics YOU, our members, would like to discuss.
This is a peer-to-peer support group. It is for and run by YOU
All Your True Path to Wellness CIC Circles are supportive and safe spaces for women to share their experiences. They provide a sense of kinship and community in a non-judgemental environment and a space to replenish and fill your cup.
Why not wrap yourself in your favourite blanket and make your favourite drink as we get cosy around this much-needed virtual loving community?
