Fear and anxiety are two of the biggest internal struggles faced by modern people. This engaging morning workshop will explore how we can gain freedom from these negative emotions through meditation and practical application of Buddha's timeless advice.
Each session will consist of guided meditations and a short talk with an opportunity to ask questions afterwards. Everybody welcome, no previous experience necessary.
