It is not a class you need to “keep up with,” and there are no poses to master. Instead, TRM is about moving in ways that feel safe, intuitive, and freeing — on your own terms.
Through guided movement, breath awareness, and moments of stillness, you’ll explore:
- 🌸 Releasing tension from the jaw, neck, and shoulders (unsaid words, stress, freeze response)
- 🌸 Opening and softening the chest and heart space (grief, vulnerability, compassion)
- 🌸 Grounding into the belly and womb (emotional memory, shame, disconnection)
- 🌸 Flowing into whole-body release through intuitive movement
- 🌸 Closing with affirmations and stillness to anchor safety and inner freedom
