This fifteen-week course is term time only. Wednesday 9.30am - 11.30am

This intermediate course is intended for those who already have a good basic knowledge of the language but would like to improve their fluency.

In this course, the main focus is on conversation, listening comprehension, and reading comprehension. Pronunciation, and regular grammar practice will also feature.

All the above will be supported by a variety of resources taken from authentic materials. The topics covered will be taken from everyday life situations, news items and topics chosen by the learners themselves. A weekly written homework will be given to help consolidate the learning points of the week. This homework is advisable but by no means compulsory.

Ideally, students will have spent at least four years studying French to get the most out of the course.

What will I need:

Pen and paper. Dictionary (optional).
