The £5 of the ticket will only cover my costs for the ingredients but I will pass an enveloppe round at the end of the meal and all the money donated will go directly to the charity. There will be some explanation about the campaign on the event night so please only book a ticket if you're willing to donate (however much you want), it all goes to a good cause!
My menu will be based on seasonal ingredients, locally and ethically sourced as usual. It will features traditional French dishes, as passed on to me from my grans and mum.
