Fresh Air Fridays is an outdoors coaching program that gives you the opportunity to take time out for yourself from living in concrete boxes, travelling in metal boxes and looking at electronic boxes to gently move your body, still your mind and reconnect with what is important in your life and business so that you can continue with more focus and direction. Over the year we cover a range a themes that cover mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. The themes are simple, straightforward and easy to apply in everyday life.
Ruth will lead you through a series of exercises whilst going for a gentle walk (typically 2.5-3 miles) some of which will be off paths. There will be a breathing exercise, a chance to introduce yourself, an exploration of the months theme, a snack break, a releasing exercise and some relaxation. You need to know nothing in advance as everything will be explained to you. The session happens whatever the weather so please dress accordingly.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
