We show you how to select, prepare, cook and present the ultimate fast (fresh and healthy) food at one of our most popular classes. We'll be cooking the catch of the day and showing you how to prepare your favourite fish in addition to demonstrating how to make the perfect accompanying sauces. We'll then treat you to a fabulous fish supper!
