Description

A festival of free-from fun, information and experience for all the family!

What is it? An opportunity for people to gain information about free-from living - as a lifestyle choice or as a result of allergies, conditions and intolerances - and give visitors the chance to learn more about coping in their day to day lives with chefs cooking free-from recipes on stage and speakers talking about their own experiences and how they can help.

Cookery Theatre and Lecture Theatre As well as chefs cooking up a storm in our cookery theatre we will have speakers to tell visitors all about Vegan wine, the Paleo diet, allergies, helping your family to live sugar-free and much more.

Workshops There will also be workshops, including testing allergies and learning about being sugar-free.
