Each Friday this October (Oct 17, 24, & 31), you’re invited into a gentle evening practice designed to help you soften, reset, and land fully in yourself before the weekend begins.
Through gentle breathwork, guided reflection, and accessible somatic practices, we’ll create space for your nervous system to unwind and for your body to exhale the weight of the week.
What you can expect:
- Gentle, restorative breath practices to calm stress + regulate your nervous system
- Space for inner reflection & journaling to integrate your experience
- A supportive, beginner-friendly environment (no prior experience needed)
- Rituals intuitively crafted each week to meet the unique needs of the group
