Friday Feel Good
2020 has been strange and full-on. We’ve been reminded more than ever of the importance of taking care of our mental health and working in ways that are good for us. Join us every other Friday for a dose of stress protecting, resilience building, work community creating, informal group coaching.
Accredited Resilience Practitioner, Anise, will host a series of one hour relaxed, friendly, interactive online sessions designed to help you to:
- Learn about your own resilience level and what you need to feel more resilient
- Have some space and time to think
- Take simple, personalised actions to raise your resilience
- Connect with each other, laugh, bond and share the highs and lows of 2020
- Finish your working week on a high

Fundamentally, this is an opportunity to build the resilience you need to be able to adapt to the changes you have already experienced and feel ready for whatever is next.
Client safety is prioritised through my commitment to Resilience Engine™ ethical principles together with regular supervision and professional development. As well as 10 years of coaching experience and a number of coaching qualifications, I have Mental Health Awareness training and will refer clients if needed. I can often be found wandering and working in London parks."
