Why have Your lunch alone?
Have lunch with an interesting new person at least once per week - this was the most valuable advice I received from my business mentor at my time at Ericsson.
With the Lunch @Agile, we make this easy for you. Just turn up this coming Friday in Paddington, we will arrange a light lunch and drinks for you and using the lean coffee format, we will learn and exchange practical tips on the topic.
Theme of the lunch: Remote working practices for productivity
For work-from-home or highly distributed team members, creating a product or running a business function, well, remotely. We will discuss agile productivity practices and how they help organise remote teams.
Topic suggestions for discussion:
Why your team is probably a distributed team anyway
6 Lean Agile Principles for team productivity
Team agreements for remote teams
Remote product development and design practices
Productivity boosting tools for smooth communication and collaboration
