Start your Friday feeling lighter, calmer, and more energised. This 45-minute online breathwork session is your weekly reset — a chance to release the stress of the week, recharge your energy, and step into the day with focus and clarity.

Each session blends conscious connected breathing with guided diaphragmatic breathwork, supporting you to connect deeply with your body and breath. Every week we’ll explore a different energy point, helping you build awareness, balance, and vitality.

Whether you want to unwind, find focus, or simply take time out just for you — this is your space to pause, breathe, and feel renewed.

What you’ll need

  • A quiet, comfortable space (sitting or lying down)
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Headphones or good audio so you can hear guidance
  • Camera optional — you can keep it off if you wish

About me

I guide individuals on a journey of transformation through the power of conscious breath. At Nervous System Mastery, this means grounding modern coaching in body wisdom—helping you breathe your way to regulation, clarity, and resilience.

I offer both one-to-one coaching and immersive group sessions, supporting you to reconnect with your breath and break free from the strain of shallow, upper-chest breathing. We draw on a back-to-basics philosophy—understanding how shifting your breath rhythm directly influences your autonomic nervous system and emotional state.

Through coaching, I help clients:

  • Shift out of chronic stress or fatigue and move into states of focus, grounded energy, and calm.
  • Reduce tension, enhance oxygen flow, and rebalance stress response systems.
  • Build a practical, lifelong toolkit of breathwork techniques suited to your unique physiology and lifestyle

My methods are informed by neuroscience and polyvagal theory, connecting mind, body, and breath to cultivate deeper regulation and presence
