Join me for a calming online sound bath on Friday 19th September at 8:30 pm (BST). This is a chance to pause at the end of the week, release built-up tension, and allow the soothing vibrations of sound to guide you into deep relaxation.

During this one-hour session, you’ll be invited to lie down in a comfortable space at home, close your eyes, and simply receive. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes I’ll create a soundscape designed to support your nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance.

🎧 Join from anywhere. Just bring:

  • Headphones for a better sound experience
  • A quiet space to lie down
  • Optional: eye mask & blanket

Important Information- please read before booking.

Because we will be working with sound and vibrations, this event might not be suitable for someone with a pace- maker/ any plates in the body, severe mental health problems, epilepsy/ seizures and first or third trimester of pregnancy. Contact me if you have any questions.

This is my first sound bath- what can I expect?

So great you are considering joining! This session is all about doing less and letting yourself be. You will be lying down for the whole 60 min and listen to different sounds that will help your body and mind relax by slowing down your brain-waves, entering the theta and delta state.

How to prepare for the session?

Good to wear comfy clothes and to be in a space that will allow you to relax-away from noise and anything else that can disturb you. You can even be on your bed, or sofa. Prepare the space around you by lighting candles, incense or whatever makes you feel good and helps you relax.

Will there be a recoding if I cannot make it live?

It would be great if you could join us live but I understand that something life happens and you might not be able to make it. In that case, you will receive a link to the recording that will be valid for 3 days.
