Online mindfulness drop in sessions with Mindfullybeing. We provide training that helps you develop skills to improve work-life balance.

About this event

Friday Lunch time Online mindfulness drop ins

Join me for drop in sessions where we'll help you deal with challenges and stresses of modern life. These drop ins are great in helping you to feel more grounded, keeping you sane and giving you a greater sense of control over your emotions.

I am now pleased to offer a much anticipated mindfulness drop in. The emphasis of these sessions is on consolidating and supporting your practice. With help and support on how to maintain and grow it.

Drop in details

  • Trainers: Dr Avinash Bansode
  • Date: Every Friday, starting from the 12th June 2020
  • Time: 1pm to 2pm (GMT)
  • Cost: £10 per session/ £80 for 10 sessions/ £150 for 20 sessions

How your drop in will go

Each session, I'll lead you through a practice. Afterwards there will be discussion, with help, and advice on maintaining your own practice.

How to take part

To take part you'll need a computer, laptop or mobile phone with access to the internet. If you can't get access to these you can also take part over landline. These sessions will be online using zoom. You don’t need an account or to download software or an app.

We'll send you a link and password after you register.
