Come and join us for a free, fun workout. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, there will be something for you. All the exercises can be adapted to suit your level. Not a fan of burpees? You're free to do squats instead. Push-ups too easy? Make them plyometric. We encourage each other to push ourselves further than we would on our own.
Kids are welcome (although they remain the responsibility of the adult who brings them).
This is a purely social initiative, and everybody takes part at their own risk. Nobody gets paid - our aim is to exercise together and have fun. Sometimes we go for coffee after the session and in the summer we have the occasional picnic.
